A Greener Future

Sustainable Production

We are not just weaving the threads of today, but the world of tomorrow. We are transforming the future of textiles with our production model that respects the environment, protects resources, and values people.

40%
Water Saving

We minimize water consumption in our dyehouse processes with our high-tech treatment and recovery systems.

100%
Clean Energy Goal

To zero our carbon footprint, we continue our investments in renewable energy sources in our production facilities.

Zero
Waste Principle

By adopting the circular economy model, we recycle our production waste and do not harm nature.

Water and Wastewater Management

We Know the Value of Every Drop

Textile dyeing processes naturally require intensive water use. However, with the vision of Kurteks, we have transformed this challenge into an environmental responsibility. Thanks to our closed-circuit water systems and state-of-the-art biological treatment plants, we filter a large part of the water we use and return it to production.

  • High capacity wastewater recovery unit.
  • Zero discharge target to natural water resources.
  • Ecological and biodegradable chemicals in dyestuff use.
Circular Economy

Zero Waste Movement in Production

We reject the linear "produce-consume-discard" model and build the circular economy instead. Textile waste remaining from our production processes from yarn to fabric is carefully separated and included in the recycling chain. In addition, our in-plant office and packaging wastes are selected from completely recyclable materials.

Our aim is not to leave what we take from the earth as poison to the earth, but as a seed that will find life again.

Our 2030 Sustainability Vision

Tough but necessary commitments we have set for ourselves for the next 10 years.

Carbon Neutral Production

To reach net zero carbon emissions in all our operations.

100% Solar Energy

Providing all of our electricity consumption from Solar Energy Systems (SES).

Organic Certification

Producing 80% of the fabrics produced from certified organic or recycled yarns.
